In addition, it is associated with a variety of other benefits, including decreased inflammation and improved urinary function. 

Both contain vital plant sterols and fatty acids of which may be an effective inhibitor of 5 alpha reductase making them beneficial for promoting healthy prostate function, increased libido, increased semen volume, and rapid recovery after intercourse.

Directions:  Adults: Take 2 Tablespoons Twice Daily, with food. This product must be REFRIGERATED AFTER OPENING. Make sure that cap is tightly secured at all times.
